Waste not clothes swap….
Have you been wanting to update your wardrobe?
Then look no further here at More Positive Me we have just the thing for you, We have organised a much more easier cost effective way for you to update your wardrobe without the worry of breaking the bank in the process.
Swap shop is where you bring in the clothes you no longer wear and yes you’ve guessed it swap them for items of your choice on our clothing rails this could be for all genders and sizes and you will then receive a wrist band that you wear with the number of items you brought in (Maximum of 10 Items) which is the same amount that you can collect.
There will be a £5 Entry fee per Swapper/Shopper and the event will be held at Positive Lights Project on Sidwell street.
Clothes to be brought in @10 am and the swapping will start at 11am and go on until 13.00pm anyone wanting to just shop has the opportunity to come in from 13.00pm to 15.00pm
We are asking if the items can be in the best condition so like new if possible, And also no underwear or swimwear unless they have NEVER BEEN WORN with labels on.
If you have brought in Designer wear it would go into Kate’s Boutique section and you will receive 2 tokens per item of Designer Clothing/Accessories and it will also cost you 2 tokens to receive an item from the boutique if you have swapped.
There will be a section for children to have glitter tattoos or Face painting if they don’t fancy that then some colouring books/sheets and pencils will be available.
We are hoping to have a good supply of school uniform too!
