From 10am – 12am, on the first Wednesday of every month
If you’re thinking of making the switch to washable nappies then this friendly ‘Nappuccino’ coffee morning is for you. From 10am – 12am, on the first Wednesday of every month, in the Scout Hut on South Lawn Terrace, Heavitree, it’s a great chance for you to have a look at what the bounciest babies and the trendiest toddlers are wearing. There will be ‘Real Nappy Mums’ on hand to answer any questions you have on how to ‘go–real’ and to give advice on which nappy is best for your family.
Entry to the event is free but donations are welcome for cake and a cuppa. There will be tonnes of toys available for little ones so that mums and dads can enjoy the coffee and have a chat.
The Devon Authorities ‘Devon Real Nappy Project’ is sponsoring the gathering and has just provided another two nappy kits which can be borrowed free of charge for up to a month at a time. These kits give a valuable insight into how real nappies have moved with the times and just how easy it is to make the transition from disposable nappies into cloth – you can try before you buy!
